By visiting yolandadeniseco.com, mhdrcoach.com, any sub-domains, ConvertKit™, Systeme.io pages, Zoom rooms, digital downloads, or other services we operate (“Website”), you agree to be bound by (a) these Terms of Use, (b) our Privacy Policy, and (c) our Terms of Purchase & Refund Policy (collectively, “Agreements”).

If you do not accept every part of the Agreements, do not access or use the Website. You confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Henry County, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

You waive the right to participate in any class-action proceeding against the Company.

13. Severability & Waiver

If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in full force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.

Terms of Purchase & Refund Policy

A. All Sales Final

Due to the digital and coaching nature of our offerings, all sales are final and non-refundable, including deposits and payment-plan instalments, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

B. Payment Plans

By selecting a payment plan, you commit to pay all instalments. Missed or late payments may result in suspension of access and collection efforts.

C. No Guarantees

Our programs aim to provide tools and education; we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Testimonials are illustrative, not predictive.

D. Name & Likeness Release

By attending any live or virtual event, you grant us permission to photograph, record, and use your name, image, and likeness in any medium for promotional purposes without compensation.

E. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic, internet outage).
